Return and Refund Policy:

At Khanpur Sweets & Bakers, we strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Khanpur Sweets will provide a free replacement within 5-7 working days. To report such issues, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order at info@khanpursweets.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Disliking the product
  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

No exchange or refund is applicable for such reasons. If a parcel is refused at the doorstep, future orders from such customers will not be entertained unless paid for in advance.

Replacement Policy

In the rare case that a customer mistakenly orders the wrong item, our management will review the case for a potential replacement. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
